Abstract Submission : fill the form in

If you have already submitted and abstract and want to display or update it, access your abstract at the bottom of this page.

Presentation Policy

Presentations at ADASS conferences, and the submission of associated abstracts, is governed by the ADASS Publications Policy. Please refer to this reference for presentation policy details.

Deadline

The deadline for submitting abstracts is August 8, 2003. Please see Late Abstracts below for further information.

Late Abstracts

Abstracts submitted after the deadline (August 8, 2003) will still be considered but only as posters and on a space-available basis.

Abstract submission form

Three different kinds of presentations can be submitted. Detailed and practical instructions are presented here.

Please avoid in any of the fields the usage of double quotes. It may truncate your submitted paper.

Email The email address of the presenting (first) author of the presentation.
 
 
Title The title of the presentation. Please strive to make the title concise and descriptive.
 
 
Authors List of all authors. Please list one author per line. The presenting author must be listed first. For each author include first and last name and institution in the format: John Smith, State U.
Special characters (like ç) can be written in TeX (ç -> \c c).
 
 
Abstract The abstract in ASCII characters. Special formatting for mathematical items may be done in LaTeX.
 
 
Requested Presentation Type The type of presentation you wish to give. The assignment of oral presentations is handled by the POC in accordance with the ADASS Presentation Policy.
A demo booth has a cost of 500 Euros.
 
 
Special Requests Any special requests you have for your presentation.
This is especially important for those giving demos.
Please include any special technology or scheduling needs.
