Westin La Paloma Meeting Space
The ADASS meeting events will be distributed among several rooms at the Westin La Paloma.
Lobby (Main) Level
Most oral sessions will be held in the Canyon I/III ballroom, on the Lobby level. The Conference Registration Desk is just outside Canyon I/III, in the area labelled Lobby Foyer. The conference reception will be held in the Arizona Foyer on Sunday evening, and the banquet will be held in Canyon I/III on Tuesday evening.
Terrace Level
Lunches and all breaks will be served in the Terrace Level Foyer, although you will find seating on the Terrace Patio as well. The following activities will also be located on the Terrace Level:
