Roommate Finder
For those wishing to attend ADASS but who are on a tight budget, we offer the chance to locate someone who might be willing to share a room with you at the conference hotel. (Note that the hotel has rooms with two double beds.) If you are interested in this possibility, please send an e-mail to the LOC at adass2006@adass.org and include:
- Your name
- Your e-mail address
- Your gender
- Dates you plan to stay at the conference hotel
We will add your name to a password-protected list of people seeking roommates, and provide you with access to it. It will be your responsibility to contact people with compatible needs and to make the necessary arrangements. You and your roommate assume full responsibility for paying all room charges; the LOC will not be responsible for unpaid hotel bills. We suggest that only one person make the hotel reservation for both people to avoid duplicate bookings and associated fees.
If you are successful in finding a roommate, please inform the LOC so that your name can be removed from the list.
