The EURO FORUM is fully booked for the whole period!
The following hotels in El Escorial have rooms available during the conference period. In case you would like to make a reservation, you will need to contact the hotels directly and before 25 August, 2005, quoting "ADASS 2005" to participate in our block bookings:

EuroForum Hotel Cancellation Policy
| Date | Conditions |
|---|---|
| Up to 17 August: | Cancellation can be made at no cost. |
| Between 17 August and 2 September: | Equivalent of 1 night will be charged. |
| Between 2 September and 2 October: | All nights will be charged unless the rooms can be re-booked, then the charge will be the equivalent of 1 night. |
| After 2 October or arrival date: | Full payment of all nights reserved. |
Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to the ESA Conference Bureau. Cancellations will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees less an administration charge of Euro 30.00.

Hotel booking in the conference centre "Euroforum" is possible through this page. Please notice that if you stay in the conference centre hotel you have to pay a reduced conference fee of 290 Euros instead of 320 Euros.
The hotel rate for the conference is Euro 95 per person for a single room and for a twin room Euro 131.00 per room. The rates include breakfast, 7% tax excluded. Sauna and gymnasium facilities in house as well as access to the "La Herreria" golf club as a member are free of charge, as it is the access to wireless servers from all rooms.
