Dear ADASS (past and/or future) attendee,

(With sincere apologies if you are receiving this message twice)

We have decided to extend the deadline for submitting proposals for
Birds Of a Feather sessions at ADASS in Sapporo, next month, since
there is still space for a few more sessions.

There are two sets of BoF sessions - on Monday and on Wednesday,
starting at 17:45; they typically last 60 to 90 minutes.

If you have a proposal for a BoF session, please send the following
information to the Local Organizing Committee at info at adass2009.jp:

  Name(s) and institution(s) of the organizer(s)
  Title of the session
  Brief description of the objective, content, and program of the session

The new deadline is: 16 September 2009
